Leisure & Spa Manager
To assist in the Spa’s operation and ensure the provision of a professional service to all guests while attaining all relevant targets for retail sales.
To be responsible for ensuring that the spa is open and ready for business when on shift.
To ensure that you achieve your monthly retail target
To ensure that the highest standards of cleaning, hygiene & tidiness in the Spa at all times
To comply with all Spa procedures.
To manage your appointments to ensure that you run to time.
To be professional at all times and carry out treatments to the highest of standards to exceed customer expectations.
To help with stock takes when required.
To support and offer ideas to the Leisure & Spa Manager/ Beauty Manager to help draw up future marketing plans for both treatments & Packages.
To bring to the attention any guest or customer comments or complaints and communicate to the Leisure & Spa /Beauty Manager.
To be polite & courteous to all guests and visitors to the hotel at all times.
Ensure prompt and polite response to all personal and telephone enquiries.
To adhere to the McLeod Group Mission Statement and Company values
Training and Development • To share responsibility in stock control
To actively promote the Spa at every opportunity, including promotional events and show rounds to prospective customers
To up sell at every opportunity
To adhere to any Company sales Initiatives and to increase Sales opportunities
