Weight Training equipment, Free weights, Swissfit balls, ab cradles, large screen televisions are only a selection of what is on offer within our fitness suite In addition to our latest equipment we also have on hand a dedicated team to guide and assist you throughout your programme giving you the most from your workout.
You can be as vigorous or relaxing as you like at Cloud nine and with the fitness options also come the more relaxed options, so why not relax next to our indoor 18 metre heated swimming pool, Spa, and Jacuzzi, or treat yourself to a Sauna, Steam room or a sun shower to waken up those tired muscles.
Cloud Nine Spa is available to all hotel residents complimentary, however it is also available on a membership basis to non residents.
